        環(huán)境毒理學(xué),特別是基于水環(huán)境中典型有機污染物對水生生物的毒性效應、風(fēng)險評價(jià)、健康危害以及毒理機制的研究,并發(fā)展有機污染物水生態(tài)風(fēng)險評價(jià)的技術(shù)和方法,以及典型有機污染物在水環(huán)境中的行為、轉移規律。

        科研成果

        發(fā)展了以斑馬魚(yú)早期發(fā)育敏感期為對象的生物毒性測試方法,推進(jìn)了小型模式魚(yú)類(lèi)胚胎期在評價(jià)污染物毒理學(xué)效應研究中的應用。建立了水體中鈦納米顆粒的檢測技術(shù),明確納米二氧化鈦可作為有機污染物和重金屬的載體,增強對魚(yú)類(lèi)的毒性。發(fā)現多溴聯(lián)苯醚和有機磷阻燃劑(1,3-二氯-2-丙基)磷酸鹽(TDCIPP可經(jīng)由母代積累傳遞給子代,引起對子代的健康危害。揭示了魚(yú)類(lèi)早期發(fā)育階段有機磷阻燃劑TDCIPP暴露引起成年期神經(jīng)毒性的表觀(guān)遺傳學(xué)機制。發(fā)現新溴代阻燃劑四溴鄰苯二甲酸雙酯(TBPH干擾斑馬魚(yú)脂質(zhì)代謝、引起非酒精性脂肪肝以及表觀(guān)修飾的作用。
