        研究方向

        2005年回國組建學(xué)科組以來(lái),主要通過(guò)轉基因、基因編輯等技術(shù),圍繞鯉科魚(yú)類(lèi)生長(cháng)代謝和繁育的內分泌調控、優(yōu)良等位變異的分子標記輔助育種等方面開(kāi)展研究,通過(guò)基因編輯技術(shù),率先構建了3種單基因敲除的魚(yú)類(lèi)生長(cháng)模型,發(fā)現促進(jìn)魚(yú)類(lèi)生長(cháng)的2種內分泌調控方式:1)提升脂肪利用能力,為個(gè)體生長(cháng)期提供能量,可促進(jìn)魚(yú)類(lèi)生長(cháng);2)鈍化魚(yú)類(lèi)應激反應,降低基礎運動(dòng)和代謝率,可促進(jìn)魚(yú)類(lèi)生長(cháng)。近期也通過(guò)基因編輯技術(shù)實(shí)現了黃河鯉的雄、雌單性性別穩定遺傳群體的構建,獲得的全雌黃河鯉群體養殖可較普通性別混養群體提升產(chǎn)量約30%。已在Nat. Med.、PNAS、Cell Reports、eLife、Sci Bull.、Redox Biol.、Engineering、Sci China?Life Sci.、J Mol. Cell. Biol.、Human Mol. Genetics、Mol. Cell. Biol.、Endocrinology、Biol.Reprod.、J. Biol. Chem.等重要國際學(xué)術(shù)刊物發(fā)表第一或通訊作者文章50余篇,其引用超過(guò)1400余次。

        2010年獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金委杰出青年基金資助,2014年領(lǐng)銜魚(yú)類(lèi)生物學(xué)及漁業(yè)生物技術(shù)研究創(chuàng )新團隊入選科技部重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng )新團隊,2016年入選中組部萬(wàn)人計劃科技創(chuàng )新領(lǐng)軍人才。曾主持多個(gè)國家973項目課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金委重點(diǎn)項目等,現主持有藍色糧倉科技專(zhuān)項水產(chǎn)養殖生物性別和發(fā)育的分子基礎與調控機制項目等科研項目。
