           童金茍,1961年出生于湖北武漢,博士研究生導師;曾訪(fǎng)問(wèn)澳大利亞海洋研究所、皇家墨爾本理工大學(xué),在香港中文大學(xué)進(jìn)行1年博士后研究。1985年以來(lái)在中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所工作至今,從事鯉科魚(yú)類(lèi)遺傳學(xué)和育種研究,主要研究?jì)热菔菑姆肿尤后w遺傳學(xué)和基因組學(xué)、細胞遺傳學(xué)、功能基因組等層面,解析鳙(胖頭魚(yú))等魚(yú)類(lèi)生長(cháng)和體型等主要經(jīng)濟性狀的遺傳基礎,開(kāi)展快速馴化、遺傳選育和分子設計育種,為培育符合市場(chǎng)需求的魚(yú)類(lèi)養殖新品種(系)并推廣養殖奠定基礎。先后主持承擔國家“973”子課題、課題,國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃課題,國家自然科學(xué)基金,公益性(農業(yè))科研專(zhuān)項子課題,中科院戰略性先導科技專(zhuān)項子課題,中科院STS區域重點(diǎn)等國家和省部級科研項目,以及一批其它課題;發(fā)表國內外核心刊物論文100余篇(SCI收錄約70篇);獲授權專(zhuān)利3項。
