        簡(jiǎn)歷介紹:

         

        宋立榮,男,博士、研究員、博士生導師。1961年出生,江蘇鹽城市建湖縣人。1982年畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué),獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;1988年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所,獲博士學(xué)位。國家水生生物種質(zhì)資源庫副主任,淡水藻種庫主任。研究領(lǐng)域為藻類(lèi)生物學(xué)與藻種資源保護利用。聚焦藍藻水華、藍藻毒素等科學(xué)和技術(shù)問(wèn)題,在宏觀(guān)和微觀(guān)層面上系統地加以研究,在本領(lǐng)域國際主流刊物上發(fā)表了百余篇論文,獲得授權專(zhuān)利十余項。1996年以來(lái),從事淡水藻種庫的管理和研究,為藻種資源服務(wù)科研和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展做出了貢獻,提升了我國藻種資源保藏和利用的能力。擔任中國科學(xué)院藻類(lèi)生物學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室副主任、中國科學(xué)院生物遺傳資源庫工委會(huì )委員、農業(yè)部“淡水微藻種質(zhì)資源收集與育種崗位科學(xué)家”(2017-2020)。作為主要骨干,獲省部級科技獎一等獎三項。培養博士和碩士研究生五十余名。數次應邀在國內外學(xué)術(shù)會(huì )議上作特邀或主旨報告,201610月在武漢成功主持了第十屆國際產(chǎn)毒藍藻大會(huì )。

        主要研究成果: 

        1、 在藍藻水華暴發(fā)機制研究方面,從生理層面系統研究了微囊藻利用營(yíng)養鹽和響應主要環(huán)境要素的特性,發(fā)現群體微囊藻在營(yíng)養鹽利用、光合活性等方面具有顯著(zhù)的優(yōu)勢;從個(gè)體、種群水平上,揭示了滇池優(yōu)勢藍藻種屬競爭和演替的驅動(dòng)力,從生態(tài)系統層面闡述了藍藻水華為何在滇池呈現并能長(cháng)期維持;從比較湖沼學(xué)角度,闡述了太湖、滇池和巢湖的藍藻群落變化主要受到物理環(huán)境、浮游動(dòng)物生物量及兩者間交互作用的影響,研究結果為制定湖泊營(yíng)養鹽閾值和藍藻水華的控制提供了參考依據; 

        2、 在藍藻毒素研究方面,揭示了太湖北部湖區藍藻毒素在水柱中、底泥中及水生生物體內的來(lái)源、分布、遷移、歸宿;通過(guò)藍藻水華(自然和人為處置)與環(huán)境污染物遷移及風(fēng)險研究,綜合評價(jià)了藻源污染物(即藻毒素及藻介導之其他環(huán)境污染物)的生態(tài)系統和人類(lèi)健康風(fēng)險。推動(dòng)并參與制定了二項藍藻微囊藻毒素國家標準。研制的藍藻毒素檢測試劑盒為我國眾多環(huán)境監測部門(mén)和科研單位采用。作為國內較早開(kāi)展藻類(lèi)異味的團隊,系統開(kāi)展了典型湖庫異味的溯源和產(chǎn)異味藻類(lèi)的生理學(xué)研究; 

        3、 在重污染湖泊治理和生態(tài)修復方面,通過(guò)對高原湖泊-滇池生態(tài)系統結構和功能的系統調查和分析,提出了滇池生態(tài)系統分區分步恢復的思路和技術(shù)方案,并在滇池重污染湖灣的開(kāi)展生態(tài)修復重建的中試,取得了良好的示范效果,為滇池及類(lèi)似污染湖灣的污染控制和生態(tài)重建探索了一條可借鑒的技術(shù)思路和示范技術(shù); 

        4、 在淡水微藻資源的研究和利用方面,致力于國家水生生物種質(zhì)資源庫-淡水藻種庫的業(yè)務(wù)管理。二十年多來(lái),堅持分離、收集我國不同地區的藻種資源,堅持為科研和產(chǎn)業(yè)界提供優(yōu)質(zhì)藻種;聯(lián)合研究團隊和骨干企業(yè),將藻種資源優(yōu)勢轉化為科研和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng )新的能力,服務(wù)于科研和產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng )新和發(fā)展的要求。
