        簡(jiǎn)歷介紹:

        桂建芳,男, 19566月出生于湖北黃梅。1982年畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)細胞生物學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;1984年畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)遺傳學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),獲碩士學(xué)位;1995年在中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。自1984年起,歷任中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所研究實(shí)習員、助理研究員、副研究員、研究員、博士生導師。曾于1991年至1994年在美國俄亥俄醫學(xué)院和加州大學(xué)圣迭戈校區進(jìn)行工作訪(fǎng)問(wèn)和博士后研究。1999年至2001年任中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所常務(wù)副所長(cháng),2001年至2007年任所長(cháng);2001年至2011年任淡水生態(tài)與生物技術(shù)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室主任。曾任農業(yè)部第八屆科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì )委員(2008-2013),中國海洋湖沼學(xué)會(huì )副理事長(cháng)(2007-2017)?,F任中國水產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì )副理事長(cháng),中國動(dòng)物學(xué)會(huì )副理事長(cháng),中國動(dòng)物學(xué)會(huì )和中國海洋湖沼學(xué)會(huì )魚(yú)類(lèi)學(xué)分會(huì )理事長(cháng),國家水產(chǎn)原良種審定委員會(huì )主任,淡水生態(tài)與生物技術(shù)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì )主任,《水生生物學(xué)報》和Aquaculture and Fisheries主編;Gene, Science China Life Sciences,《中國科學(xué)生命科學(xué)》和《科學(xué)通報》編委等。2013年當選為中國科學(xué)院院士,2015年當選為發(fā)展中國家科學(xué)院院士。 

        長(cháng)期從事魚(yú)類(lèi)遺傳育種相關(guān)的發(fā)育遺傳學(xué)基礎和生物技術(shù)研究。系統研究多倍體銀鯽的遺傳基礎和生殖機制,培育出有重大應用價(jià)值的銀鯽養殖新品種;開(kāi)拓出一條精準高效的基于XY性染色體連鎖標記快速鑒別培育全雄魚(yú)的性控育種技術(shù)路線(xiàn)。已主持或參與培育水產(chǎn)新品種4個(gè),獲授權發(fā)明專(zhuān)利10項,發(fā)表研究論文460多篇,其中SCI刊源論文270多篇,出版專(zhuān)著(zhù)和研究生教材8部,論著(zhù)被引用超萬(wàn)次,特別是2018年由Willey Blackwell出版的Aquaculture in China: Success Stories and Modern Trends被國際同行譽(yù)為新時(shí)代的水產(chǎn)養殖專(zhuān)著(zhù),為更廣闊的世界展示了中國這個(gè)卓越水產(chǎn)養殖超級大國的主要活力。已培養畢業(yè)博士和碩士以及出站博后共100多位,畢業(yè)的博士中獲中國科學(xué)院院長(cháng)特別獎1名,優(yōu)秀獎2名。 

        研究成果先后獲國家自然科學(xué)獎二等獎(2011)10多項科技成果獎。1988年獲中國青年科技獎,1994年獲國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金資助,1995年獲中國科學(xué)院青年科學(xué)家獎一等獎,1996年獲香港求是科技基金會(huì )杰出青年學(xué)者獎,2009全國五一勞動(dòng)獎?wù)?/font>,2015年獲全國先進(jìn)工作者,2015年獲何梁何利基金科學(xué)與技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎,2015年獲湖北省科技突出貢獻獎等榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號。
