        胡煒,,博士,研究員,博士生導師,魚(yú)類(lèi)基因工程學(xué)科組組長(cháng),副所長(cháng)。國家自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng )新研究群體學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,湖北省自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng )新群體學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。先后在南開(kāi)大學(xué)和中國科學(xué)院研究生院獲學(xué)士、碩士和博士學(xué)位。國家水產(chǎn)原種和良種審定委員會(huì )委員,國家農業(yè)轉基因生物安全委員會(huì )委員,國家藍色糧倉科技創(chuàng )新重點(diǎn)專(zhuān)項總體專(zhuān)家組成員,中國水產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì )淡水養殖分會(huì )副主任委員、水產(chǎn)生物技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )委員,中國動(dòng)物學(xué)會(huì )比較內分泌分會(huì )理事。Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology、Frontiers in Endocrinology、水生生物學(xué)報、遺傳、農業(yè)生物技術(shù)學(xué)報、中國農業(yè)科技導報和水產(chǎn)學(xué)報等學(xué)術(shù)期刊編委。 

        主要從事魚(yú)類(lèi)生殖發(fā)育調控、魚(yú)類(lèi)分子遺傳育種和克隆胚胎再程序化機制等研究。先后主持國家杰出青年基金、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項目、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃項目、863項目和湖北省杰出青年基金、湖北省創(chuàng )新研究群體等項目。發(fā)現脊椎動(dòng)物生殖軸的核心信號GnRH3具有調控性別分化的新功能,中樞神經(jīng)系統中最主要的抑制性神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)GABA對魚(yú)類(lèi)生殖具有雙重調控作用,揭示了魚(yú)類(lèi)生殖軸中重要信號分子在脊椎動(dòng)物雌雄生殖中的不同功能及調控性腺發(fā)育的機理,發(fā)現了魚(yú)類(lèi)生殖軸與生長(cháng)軸間新的信號調控通路,發(fā)現魚(yú)類(lèi)配子成熟需要RNAm6A甲基化修飾,合作發(fā)現神經(jīng)內分泌激素SN在魚(yú)類(lèi)生殖、生殖行為及神經(jīng)血管發(fā)育中的新功能。創(chuàng )建了魚(yú)類(lèi)育性可控的生殖開(kāi)關(guān)新策略,培育出超雄鯉、偽雄鯉和偽雌鯉,合作培育出具有優(yōu)良養殖性狀的冠鯉和生殖發(fā)育可控的吉鯉,全面系統地評價(jià)了冠鯉的生態(tài)安全。首次報道了低溶氧耐受魚(yú)的成功研制。建立了黃鱔、鯉、鱘等重要養殖魚(yú)類(lèi)高效特異的基因組編輯技術(shù)平臺,并有效運用于遺傳育種和基因功能研究。建立模式動(dòng)物斑馬魚(yú)的克隆技術(shù),獲得斑馬魚(yú)體細胞再程序化機制及克隆胚發(fā)育機理研究的新發(fā)現。
