        簡(jiǎn)歷介紹：
         
        1965年出生。1986年獲華中農業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；1991年獲中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所碩士學(xué)位；1999年獲中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所博士學(xué)位。承擔多項中國國家自然科學(xué)基金項目，參加了美國國家自然科學(xué)基金項目: All Cypriniformes, Phase II of a PBI (Planetary Biodiversity of Inventory) of the Otophysi (2010-2015)。目前與美國阿拉斯加費爾班克斯大學(xué)和圣路易斯大學(xué)，以及法國巴黎自然歷史博物館和美國佛羅里達自然歷史博物館保持著(zhù)密切聯(lián)系，并已開(kāi)展相關(guān)的合作研究。
         
        主要研究工作：淡水魚(yú)類(lèi)分類(lèi)學(xué)及其進(jìn)化。近期關(guān)注的問(wèn)題有：鯉形目魚(yú)類(lèi)全球生物多樣性編目；人類(lèi)活動(dòng)對淡水魚(yú)類(lèi)(遺傳、分類(lèi)和功能)多樣性的影響；溪流性魚(yú)類(lèi)對全球氣候變暖的應答反應
