        簡(jiǎn)歷介紹：
         
        1989年獲華中農業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；2003年獲中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所博士學(xué)位。2003-2004年香港浸會(huì )大學(xué)生物學(xué)作高級訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者。承擔和參加了多項科學(xué)項目，包括中國國家自然科學(xué)基金項目、水專(zhuān)項、973項目、農業(yè)部、中科院創(chuàng  )新項目等。主要研究興趣是內陸水體無(wú)脊椎動(dòng)物學(xué)。近期關(guān)注的問(wèn)題有：無(wú)脊椎動(dòng)物分類(lèi)與多樣性編目；無(wú)脊椎動(dòng)物的多樣性格局與驅動(dòng)過(guò)程；瀕危無(wú)脊椎動(dòng)物的致危過(guò)程與機制；基于無(wú)脊椎動(dòng)物的內陸水體健康狀況評價(jià)；河流無(wú)脊椎動(dòng)物多樣性研究。
