個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷： 

張堂林，男，1966年3月生，博士，研究員，博士生導師。1986年畢業(yè)于華中農學(xué)院(現更名為“華中農業(yè)大學(xué)”)水產(chǎn)系，同年分配到中科院水生生物研究所，后在該所獲理學(xué)碩士和博士學(xué)位。承擔國家科研項目和研究任務(wù)10余項，主要開(kāi)展了長(cháng)江中游湖泊魚(yú)類(lèi)群落多樣性比較、魚(yú)類(lèi)群落營(yíng)養格局、河蟹漁業(yè)生物學(xué)、小型魚(yú)類(lèi)和蝦類(lèi)資源評估、鱖與河蟹等名優(yōu)水產(chǎn)增養殖技術(shù)、轉基因魚(yú)生態(tài)風(fēng)險評估等研究。發(fā)表論文60余篇，獲國家和省部級獎勵4項。

研究方向： 

1. 湖泊漁業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)：基于魚(yú)類(lèi)群落生態(tài)和食物網(wǎng)研究，探討湖泊漁業(yè)資源合理利用的理論基礎和技術(shù)原理，研發(fā)重要經(jīng)濟水產(chǎn)種類(lèi)增養殖技術(shù)，建立可持續的高效環(huán)保的生態(tài)漁業(yè)模式。

2. 名優(yōu)水產(chǎn)種類(lèi)養殖生態(tài)學(xué)：主要研究新興養殖種類(lèi)早期生活史特征及攝食、生長(cháng)和繁殖生態(tài);研究養殖動(dòng)物對關(guān)鍵環(huán)境因子變化的生理響應，評估環(huán)境脅迫對養殖動(dòng)物健康的影響，確定養殖動(dòng)物不同發(fā)育階段適宜的環(huán)境需求。

3. 遺傳改良魚(yú)類(lèi)環(huán)境風(fēng)險評估：研究遺傳改良魚(yú)類(lèi)(如轉基因魚(yú))的適合度、生存力、繁殖力和建群能力，探討基于種群特征參數的生態(tài)風(fēng)險預測技術(shù);評估遺傳改良魚(yú)類(lèi)逃逸可能引發(fā)的環(huán)境風(fēng)險，制定風(fēng)險防范對策。

4. 池塘生態(tài)學(xué)與養殖技術(shù)：重點(diǎn)研究池塘營(yíng)養物質(zhì)高效利用原理、水質(zhì)調控技術(shù)、適宜生境構建技術(shù);研究名優(yōu)水產(chǎn)種類(lèi)苗種規?；庇夹g(shù)、食用魚(yú)單養和混養模式的放養參數，集成創(chuàng )建健康高效環(huán)保的養殖技術(shù)體系。
