        簡(jiǎn)歷介紹：
         
        1985年畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)生物系遺傳學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位，1988年和2000年在中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所獲魚(yú)類(lèi)分子遺傳學(xué)碩士和博士學(xué)位。1988年至今，在中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所工作，歷任助理研究員、副研究員和研究員；期間，2002.6-2002.8在新加坡國立大學(xué)做訪(fǎng)問(wèn)研究，2004.6-2005.8在美國Auburn大學(xué)做訪(fǎng)問(wèn)研究。2002年獲第四屆“武漢優(yōu)秀青年科技創(chuàng  )新獎”，2004年獲國家突出貢獻專(zhuān)家特殊津貼。
         研究經(jīng)歷:
        1. 轉基因魚(yú)研究
        快速生長(cháng)轉基因魚(yú)：培育獲得快速生長(cháng)轉“全魚(yú)”生長(cháng)激素鯉魚(yú)品系，生長(cháng)速度提高42%，餌料轉化效率提高11%。
        抗病轉基因魚(yú)：以草魚(yú)出血病病毒外衣殼蛋白VP7基因為靶基因，構建小發(fā)卡RNA表達載體，獲得抗草魚(yú)出血病轉基因稀有鮈鯽。
        2. 魚(yú)類(lèi)基因組學(xué)和分子育種研究
        構建兩個(gè)草魚(yú)基因組BAC文庫（EcoRI & Hind III），覆蓋14.2倍草魚(yú)基因組；構建草魚(yú)頭腎和脾臟cDNA文庫，測序獲得10,000條頭腎EST序列，3074個(gè)unigene；克隆1,000個(gè)草魚(yú)SSR分子標記，和一批免疫相關(guān)基因的SNP分子標記。目前正在進(jìn)行草魚(yú)遺傳連鎖圖譜，以及草魚(yú)生長(cháng)、餌料轉化效率和抗草魚(yú)出血病性狀的QTL定位研究。
