        研究方向

        藍藻主要次生代謝產(chǎn)物在生態(tài)系統中的遷移轉化規律、生態(tài)效應及對人類(lèi)健康的潛在影響

        1.微囊藻毒素多器官毒性效應及機制與人類(lèi)健康的研究

        隨著(zhù)水體富營(yíng)養化與全球氣候變化,藍藻水華大量頻繁暴發(fā),已成為全球性的生態(tài)災難。有毒藍藻的次生代謝產(chǎn)物—藍藻毒素不僅損害了生態(tài)系統的健康,還通過(guò)飲水、食物鏈等途徑進(jìn)入人體,嚴重威脅著(zhù)人類(lèi)健康。利用模式動(dòng)物、細胞系等建立模型,通過(guò)分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)及多組學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)性分析(轉錄組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組和代謝組學(xué))對多種靶器官進(jìn)行生殖毒性、遺傳毒性、內分泌系統毒性、神經(jīng)毒性等方面研究,闡明微囊藻毒素多器官毒性效應及機制。并結合野外調查、人群采樣及流行病學(xué)數據,系統分析微囊藻毒素對人體健康的影響。為微囊藻毒素控制標準的制定提供理論基礎與技術(shù)支撐。

        2.異味物質(zhì)的變化特征及其環(huán)境影響因子研究

        異味物質(zhì)是藍藻常見(jiàn)的次生代謝產(chǎn)物,其產(chǎn)生對居民飲水安全、漁業(yè)水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等有重大影響,甚至影響全球氣候變化。通過(guò)長(cháng)期生態(tài)學(xué)研究、大范圍野外調查以及區域影響評價(jià),建立異味物質(zhì)定量檢測方法,積累大量的研究經(jīng)驗和基礎數據,結合室內控制實(shí)驗,探討環(huán)境因子對異味物質(zhì)的變化特征的作用機制,評估區域尺度上異味物質(zhì)對飲水安全和水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響,并從全球尺度上分析異味物質(zhì)與氣候變化的關(guān)系。

        科研成果

        本課題組圍繞藍藻水華的兩類(lèi)衍生污染物微囊藻毒素(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)MC)和異味化合物,進(jìn)行了數年的野外調查、室內分析檢測技術(shù)和方法、及生態(tài)毒理學(xué)研究,在MC對人類(lèi)及水生動(dòng)物的健康與毒性效應、魚(yú)類(lèi)規?;刂朴卸舅{藻的生態(tài)學(xué)實(shí)踐、MC的代謝產(chǎn)物(通過(guò)GSH途徑)與異味物質(zhì)檢測技術(shù)等方面取得了若干具有理論和實(shí)踐意義的創(chuàng )新性研究成果。先后在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域核心期刊Water Research, Ecology, Journal of Ecology, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Environmental Science & Technology, Archives of Toxicology, Toxicological Sciences, Environmental Pollution, Science of the Total Environment等上發(fā)表 SCI論文87篇。截至20214月,SCI他引2200余次,H指數=30,多篇論文被世界衛生組織(WHO)、歐洲食品安全局(EFSA)、美國環(huán)境總署(USEPA)和加拿大衛生部(Health Canada)等列為制定MC控制標準的技術(shù)支撐文獻。
