簡(jiǎn)歷介紹:
博士、研究員、博士生導師。1995年和1998年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)生物系獲得學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位;2004年畢業(yè)于水生所獲博士學(xué)位。1998年起在水生所進(jìn)行藻類(lèi)環(huán)境生物學(xué)和空間生物學(xué)研究。先后主持中科院先導A項目、國家載人航天工程、國家自然科學(xué)基金、中科院知識創(chuàng )新工程和水專(zhuān)項等科研項目20余個(gè),發(fā)表論文100余篇,其中SCI收錄60多篇,獲得發(fā)明專(zhuān)利3項,曾獲中科院劉永齡特別獎和省部科技進(jìn)步二等獎各一項,并獲得中科院參加載人航天工程先進(jìn)工作者榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號。參與編寫(xiě)國家標準1項,國家軍用標準1項,鑒定成果1項,學(xué)術(shù)論文獲得國內外優(yōu)秀論文獎3次,指導的研究生曾多次獲得中科院和水生所三好學(xué)生及國家獎學(xué)金。目前擔任中國生物物理學(xué)會(huì )輻射及環(huán)境專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )委員和中國空間科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì )微重力科學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )委員。
研究方向:
1)環(huán)境生物學(xué):主要生物信息學(xué)方法結合遺傳學(xué)操作和生理學(xué)技術(shù)研究藻類(lèi)等水生生物應對各種逆境(高溫、鹽、輻射及微重力等)的分子機制,主要集中在比較基因組和表觀(guān)遺傳學(xué)調控方面;
2)藻類(lèi)高效反應器及水生封閉生態(tài)系統研究:主要利用可食用藻類(lèi)和能源藻類(lèi)為材料構建藻類(lèi)反應器,結合實(shí)時(shí)測控技術(shù)對反應器進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,開(kāi)發(fā)出高效藻類(lèi)反應器,服務(wù)于藻類(lèi)高價(jià)值產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)和構建空間生命保障系統。
