        簡(jiǎn)歷介紹:

        博士,研究員,博士生導師。2004年于武漢大學(xué)生命科學(xué)院獲博士學(xué)位;2004-2007年華中農業(yè)大學(xué)水產(chǎn)學(xué)院講師;2007-2015年先后在德國馬普發(fā)育生物學(xué)所和美國佐治亞大學(xué)生化與分子生物學(xué)系做博士后研究。2015年受聘為中科院水生生物研究所研究員。長(cháng)期從事脊椎動(dòng)物早期胚胎發(fā)育機制以及多能干細胞自我更新及分化的研究,系統研究了轉錄因子、信號通路、表觀(guān)遺傳因子以及染色質(zhì)高級結構在多能干細胞自我更新和分化、譜系命運決定中的作用機制。在《CELL》《Cell Stem Cell》《Developmental Cell》《G&D》《Stem Cell Reports》《Stem Cells》等國際著(zhù)名刊物上發(fā)表SCI文章15以上,論文累計被引超過(guò)1000次。擔任Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology的編委。

        1.以斑馬魚(yú)為模式生物,研究脊椎動(dòng)物早期胚胎發(fā)育的分子機制 

        2.胚胎干細胞自我更新和分化機制研究 

        3.基于多能干細胞的類(lèi)器官構建,干細胞治療和轉化醫學(xué)研究
