        博士,研究員,博士生導師,水生態(tài)系統健康學(xué)科組組長(cháng),淮安研究中心主任。2009年獲美國西弗吉尼亞大學(xué)博士學(xué)位; 2009-2010年在美國多芬島海洋所、美國國家海洋與大氣局、美國國家河口研究保護區做博士后研究;2010-2014年在美國阿肯色大學(xué)漁業(yè)中心任助理教授(AP)和實(shí)驗室負責人(PI),講授本科生和研究生湖沼學(xué)、河流生態(tài)學(xué)、水質(zhì)管理等課程,獨立指導研究生論文、帶領(lǐng)研究團隊先后主持和參與由美國國家環(huán)保局(US EPA)、美國農業(yè)部(USDA)、美國地質(zhì)調查局(USGS)、美國航空航天局(NASA)及阿肯色州政府(State of Arkansas)等資助的課題,主要研究美國中阿巴拉契亞山區、北墨西哥灣和密西西比河流域人類(lèi)活動(dòng)干擾與氣候變化下魚(yú)類(lèi)等水生生物群落、水質(zhì)、生境和生態(tài)系統健康,密西西比河生態(tài)修復、以及美國南方水產(chǎn)養殖系統的優(yōu)化和生態(tài)系統管理等。2014年底由中國科學(xué)院人才計劃引進(jìn)回國,受聘為研究員,受中國科學(xué)院、科技部(國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金)、生態(tài)環(huán)境部、世界自然基金會(huì )等單位資助,目前主要研究氣候變化和人類(lèi)活動(dòng)干擾下長(cháng)江流域水生態(tài)系統健康評估、修復和水生生物資源養護、南水北調東線(xiàn)工程的水生態(tài)環(huán)境效應和水質(zhì)安全保障研究、全球大河流域(如長(cháng)江-密西西比河流域)水生生物資源與環(huán)境比較生態(tài)學(xué)研究。在美國漁業(yè)學(xué)會(huì )(AFS)等國際學(xué)術(shù)組織和團體擔任學(xué)術(shù)職務(wù),作為長(cháng)江-密西西比河流域長(cháng)期研究網(wǎng)絡(luò )和國際研討會(huì )系列(MYRIBS)的主要聯(lián)絡(luò )人。
