        主要研究方向為生態(tài)毒理學(xué),闡明典型或新型持久性有機污染物的環(huán)境行為、毒性效應、作用機理、及控制技術(shù)。

        1. 揭示污染物對內分泌系統、繁殖功能、神經(jīng)系統、微生物群落、及營(yíng)養代謝等方面的毒性效應;

        2. 開(kāi)發(fā)新型毒理學(xué)研究技術(shù),確定污染物的結合靶點(diǎn)和分子起始事件,構建有害結局通路;

        3. 基于腸道微生物,開(kāi)發(fā)污染物毒性與健康危害控制措施。

        承擔項目情況

        1. 香港城市大學(xué)國際合作項目,缺氧環(huán)境下全氟丁烷磺酸鹽污染物的毒性效應,40萬(wàn),2019–2021,主持;

        2. 國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目,典型抗污損污染物DCOIT的內分泌干擾效應和繁殖毒性機制,58萬(wàn),2020–2023,主持;

        3. 國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金,益生菌Lactobacillus rhamnosus對全氟丁烷磺酸鹽(PFBS)脂質(zhì)代謝毒性的調節能力和分子機制,24萬(wàn),2021–2023,主持;

        4. 中科院水生所知識創(chuàng )新工程青年人才領(lǐng)域前沿項目,益生菌Lactobacillus rhamnosus添加劑抑制全氟丁烷磺酸污染物(PFBS)健康危害的效能研究, 8萬(wàn),2020–2021,主持。
