簡(jiǎn)歷介紹：
中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所水環(huán)境工程中心，研究員，博士生導師。1986年畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)化學(xué)系，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位，1989年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所，獲水生生物學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。1989年至今先后任中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所實(shí)習研究員，助理研究員，副研究員，研究員。先后主持了國家科技攻關(guān)、院重點(diǎn)、院省合作等研究課題十余項，參加研究課題近二十項。國家重大攻關(guān)課題“滇池藍藻水華污染控制技術(shù)研究(K99-05-35-01)”課題學(xué)術(shù)秘書(shū)，專(zhuān)題“滇池全湖控藻方案技術(shù)研究(K99-05-35-01-05)”負責人，主要負責課題的管理工作和研究各種技術(shù)措施對滇池不同區域藍藻水華的控制。國家重點(diǎn)基礎研究發(fā)展計劃“湖泊富營(yíng)養化過(guò)程與藍藻水華暴發(fā)機理研究 (2002CB412300)”首席科學(xué)家研究助理，973課題“湖泊水－沉積物界面過(guò)程對營(yíng)養物質(zhì)遷移轉化影響研究(2002CB412304)”第二負責人，國家“863”漢陽(yáng)水專(zhuān)項“原位水質(zhì)凈化技術(shù)與示范”研究骨干，滇池水專(zhuān)項子子課題“污染河道水質(zhì)與生物多樣性關(guān)系”負責人。享受1998年度湖北省政府專(zhuān)項津貼。1996年獲中國科學(xué)院科技進(jìn)步獎二等獎(第三)；1991年獲中國科學(xué)院科技進(jìn)步獎二等獎(第九)；2009年獲環(huán)境保護部科技進(jìn)步一等獎(第十三)；2015年獲江蘇省科學(xué)技術(shù)三等獎（第四）。發(fā)表SCI收錄論文30余篇，獲國家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利授權17項，其中發(fā)明專(zhuān)利8項。
