        利用異育銀鯽雙重生殖方式和易整入外源染色體的特性，進(jìn)行異育銀鯽生殖和性別相關(guān)基礎研究，開(kāi)展全基因組育種和多倍體育種研究，并開(kāi)展創(chuàng  )制新種質(zhì)的苗種規?；庇途G色高效養殖模式的研發(fā)及示范，推進(jìn)異育銀鯽新品種的產(chǎn)業(yè)化應用。
                    
        2.性別生長(cháng)異形魚(yú)類(lèi)精準性控育種遺傳基礎解析
                    
        研發(fā)長(cháng)吻鮠和絲尾鳠等特色鲇類(lèi)性別特異分子標記，篩選雌雄性別決定與分化通路關(guān)鍵基因，并通過(guò)基因編輯技術(shù)探索其在性別決定與分化中的重要作用及其調控機制；解析性染色體演化和兩性差異性狀形成的遺傳基礎，以及遺傳與環(huán)境因素對性別決定的影響，建立性別定向重置技術(shù)。

        科研成果
                    
                                
        以銀鯽和絲尾鳠魚(yú)類(lèi)等為研究對象，開(kāi)展性別特異標記的鑒定、生殖方式、性別決定和分化機制研究，并應用于新品種培育實(shí)踐。以主要完成人身份培育異育銀鯽“中科3號”等銀鯽新品種3個(gè)，并進(jìn)行大規模示范推廣；在國內外期刊發(fā)表論文30多篇，授權專(zhuān)利2項；以第3完成人身份獲2011年湖北省科技進(jìn)步獎一等獎等科技獎項4項。
