        研究方向

        河流生態(tài)學(xué)、淡水生態(tài)學(xué)、淡水生態(tài)系統管理。近期研究重點(diǎn)為:

        1. 河流生物多樣性格局及集合群落構建機制

        從物種、功能、譜系等維度探討河流生物多樣性時(shí)空格局;研究環(huán)境過(guò)濾、空間擴散、歷史演化等生態(tài)過(guò)程對集合群落多樣性格局的影響;比較不同緯度、海拔河流水系中集合群落構建機制的差異,分析河流群落構建機制的時(shí)間動(dòng)態(tài)。

        2. 河流生物多樣性與生態(tài)系統功能關(guān)系

        采用野外調查和原位實(shí)驗等手段,研究河流生物多樣性與生產(chǎn)力、資源利用效率、營(yíng)養物分解速率等功能間的關(guān)系,分析不同類(lèi)群生物的異步性動(dòng)態(tài)對群落時(shí)間穩定性的貢獻,從多類(lèi)群、多功能角度解析河流生物多樣性對生態(tài)系統功能的影響。

        3. 淡水生態(tài)評價(jià)與生態(tài)系統管理

        從提高參照狀況質(zhì)量、生物參數對人類(lèi)干擾的指示能力、生物評價(jià)一致性和可重復性等角度出發(fā),研究提高生物評價(jià)功效方法。評估流域人類(lèi)活動(dòng)對淡水生物多樣性的影響,識別流域/區域尺度的淡水生物多樣性重點(diǎn)保護區域,研究淡水生態(tài)系統整體保護方法。

        承擔項目情況

        1.         2021.1-2024.12,國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目:網(wǎng)絡(luò )位置對河流底棲生物群落構建及多樣性格局的影響,70.8萬(wàn)元,項目負責。

        2.         2020.1-2023.12,科技基礎資源調查項目:西江流域資源環(huán)境與生物多樣性綜合科學(xué)考察,50萬(wàn)元,子課題負責。

        3.         2016.7-2021.6,國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃項目:生態(tài)環(huán)境損害鑒定評估業(yè)務(wù)化技術(shù)研究,45萬(wàn)元,子課題負責。

        4.         2019.6-2021.6,中國環(huán)境科學(xué)研究院委托課題:金沙江上段浮游生物和著(zhù)生藻類(lèi)多樣性調查、觀(guān)測與評估,42萬(wàn)元,課題負責。

        對提高河流生態(tài)評價(jià)精準度的理論與方法、河流生物多樣性格局及形成機制、河流著(zhù)生藻類(lèi)群落穩定性維持機制等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入研究,取得了一系列研究成果。
