        個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:

          副研究員,碩士生導師。2007年本科畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院;2013年于中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所遺傳學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)獲博士學(xué)位。2013年進(jìn)入中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所工作任助理研究員,2017年晉升為副研究員。2017年 入選中國科學(xué)院青年創(chuàng )新促進(jìn)會(huì ),獲得專(zhuān)項人才資助。

          近年來(lái),主持國家自然科學(xué)基金2項,湖北省自然科學(xué)基金1項,中國科學(xué)院特色所服務(wù)項目1項,水生所知識創(chuàng )新人才項目1項。曾榮獲中國科學(xué)院水生生物研究所青年科技獎、優(yōu)秀論文獎和中國科學(xué)院武漢分院優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員等榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號。在學(xué)術(shù)期刊Science,EMBO Journal,Nature Communications,Nucleic Acids Research,PLoS Pathogens,Journal of Biological Chemistry,Journal of Immunology等國際經(jīng)典SCI上發(fā)表論文17篇,其中第一或共同第一作者5篇。

        研究方向:

          1)以斑馬魚(yú)作為模式生物,解析魚(yú)類(lèi)低氧耐受與低氧適應的遺傳基礎;

          2)以斑馬魚(yú)作為模式生物,解析腫瘤發(fā)生和抗病毒天然免疫的分子機制;

          3)解析低氧信號轉導、細胞命運決定和抗病毒天然免疫應答的調控網(wǎng)絡(luò )。
