        科研成果

        近年來(lái),主持了國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃子課題、中國科學(xué)院青年創(chuàng )新促進(jìn)會(huì )會(huì )員、湖北省杰出青年科學(xué)基金及地方委托項目等20余項。

        本人聚焦我國典型湖泊-池塘復合漁業(yè)生態(tài)系統協(xié)同管理,開(kāi)展相關(guān)基礎理論、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與典型模式研究,建立數字化水上牧場(chǎng)示范區,并在全國進(jìn)行推廣應用。近年來(lái),主要取得了以下方面的科研進(jìn)展:(一)群落生態(tài)學(xué)1)基于江漢平原26個(gè)天然湖泊魚(yú)類(lèi)群落定量觀(guān)測數據,采用魚(yú)類(lèi)生活史框架,揭示了長(cháng)江中游湖群魚(yú)類(lèi)群落對富營(yíng)養化的響應機制;通過(guò)量化環(huán)境過(guò)濾與物種間相互作用在魚(yú)類(lèi)群落構建中的貢獻,揭示了長(cháng)江中游湖群魚(yú)類(lèi)群落構建機制;建立了魚(yú)類(lèi)多維度多樣性與生產(chǎn)力間的預測模型。2)基于梁子湖長(cháng)時(shí)序生態(tài)觀(guān)測數據,揭示了長(cháng)江禁漁背景下湖泊魚(yú)類(lèi)群落恢復演替機制,支撐了長(cháng)江中下游禁漁湖泊漁業(yè)資源管理決策,參與了中國科學(xué)院十年禁漁專(zhuān)報撰寫(xiě),并被采用;闡釋了禁漁早期湖泊魚(yú)類(lèi)群落演替驅動(dòng)的食物網(wǎng)營(yíng)養級聯(lián)效應及生態(tài)調控機制。(二)動(dòng)物地球化學(xué)1)圍繞江漢平原池塘-溝渠-湖泊-河流復合漁業(yè)濕地生態(tài)系統,從重要生源要素、重金屬、抗生素、抗性基因及微塑料等污染物入手,揭示了復合生態(tài)系統的物質(zhì)連通性、污染物輸運過(guò)程及其環(huán)境效應;2)建立了長(cháng)江中下游湖泊魚(yú)類(lèi)碳、氮、磷等化學(xué)計量學(xué)特征與氮、磷排泄率數據庫,構建了魚(yú)類(lèi)氮、磷排泄率預測模型;3)模擬研究了魚(yú)類(lèi)、甲殼類(lèi)和軟體動(dòng)物等水生動(dòng)物分解過(guò)程對淺水草型湖泊氮、磷循環(huán)過(guò)程及微生物群落的影響。(三)漁業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)1)評價(jià)了我國池塘、網(wǎng)箱、湖泊等淡水養殖模式變革及其對自然水域生態(tài)系統的影響;2)揭示了淡水網(wǎng)箱養殖對水庫水環(huán)境與野生魚(yú)類(lèi)群落時(shí)空分布的影響,并受農業(yè)農村部漁業(yè)漁政管理局委托,牽頭修訂了水產(chǎn)行業(yè)標準《大水面網(wǎng)箱養殖通用技術(shù)要求》(送審稿);3)闡明了養殖外來(lái)物種引入對清江梯級水庫生態(tài)系統食物網(wǎng)結構與功能的影響;4)揭示了千島湖鰱、鳙對藍藻的控制效果,進(jìn)一步提出了鰱、鳙組合放養的建議;5)推動(dòng)了湖北省部分湖庫增殖漁業(yè)資源利用試點(diǎn)工作,完善了長(cháng)江流域禁捕措施、鞏固了禁捕成效。(四)科技服務(wù):1)牽頭編制了《宿松縣大水面生態(tài)保護與漁業(yè)發(fā)展規劃(2022-2026)》,并由宿松縣人民政府印發(fā)實(shí)施,全過(guò)程技術(shù)服務(wù)安徽宿松70萬(wàn)畝大湖保護與生態(tài)利用改革。2023年,大湖增殖漁業(yè)產(chǎn)量達7000噸、銷(xiāo)售額超8000萬(wàn)元,通過(guò)漁獲物從湖泊帶出144噸氮、47噸磷,近三年大湖國控斷面水質(zhì)達到或優(yōu)于國家考核標準;2)主要參與設計了國家數字漁業(yè)淡水養殖專(zhuān)業(yè)創(chuàng )新分中心湖北魯湖基地(編號:NDFIC-FA001),全程跟蹤基地工程改造、模式構建、數字化管理、三產(chǎn)融合、品牌運營(yíng)與管理等產(chǎn)學(xué)研工作,旨在打造湖北省首家高標準數字漁業(yè)(蝦蟹)漁旅融合發(fā)展示范區。目前,以第一或通訊(含共同)作者在Reviews in Aquaculture, Journal of Applied Ecology, Aquaculture等經(jīng)典期刊發(fā)表SCI論文17篇,參與中國工程院《水產(chǎn)養殖綠色發(fā)展咨詢(xún)研究報告》、Wiley出版的《中國水產(chǎn)養殖:成功故事與發(fā)展趨勢》等中英文專(zhuān)著(zhù)中7章節的撰寫(xiě),研制行業(yè)標準3項,獲授權專(zhuān)利4項,獲得軟著(zhù)2項。
