作為項目骨干承擔或參與國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目、中國科學(xué)院第二次青藏高原綜合科學(xué)考察、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃-藍色糧倉科技創(chuàng )新專(zhuān)項以及多項院地橫向合作項目等課題。 |
圍繞真核藻類(lèi)尤其是氣生性藻類(lèi)和大型絲狀藻類(lèi)展開(kāi)分類(lèi)學(xué)研究,摸清了中國橘色藻目、內陸水體剛毛藻目以及葉際真核藻類(lèi)的分子與形態(tài)多樣性;提出了橘色藻目新的分類(lèi)學(xué)框架,修訂了饒氏藻屬和似石莼屬的形態(tài)分類(lèi)標準,發(fā)表新屬1個(gè)、新種(變種)6個(gè)、新組合種2個(gè)。近年來(lái)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注氣生性藻類(lèi)的系統分類(lèi)、真核藻類(lèi)低階分類(lèi)單元(屬-種)的組學(xué)定義以及青藏高原的藻類(lèi)多樣性研究。
